Common Questions

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed by Apple. Open iOS Settings → tap your name at the top → Subscriptions → Preserve → Cancel Subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

How do I restore my purchase on a new device?

Sign in to the App Store with the same Apple ID you used to subscribe, open Preserve, go to Settings → Restore Purchases. Your subscription will be reactivated automatically.

How accurate is the protein scanner?

Protein estimates are generated by Google Gemini AI from your food photo. They are best treated as guidance, not lab-grade measurements. We display a confidence indicator with each scan.

Is my health data private?

Yes. Measurements and injection logs are stored locally on your device with encrypted storage. If you sign in, an encrypted copy is synced to Supabase cloud storage for backup. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

How do I delete my account?

Open Settings → Sign Out → Delete Account. This permanently removes all your data from our servers. Alternatively, email vertosupport@agentmail.to with the subject "Delete my data" and we will erase it within 7 days.
